These pretty, personalised, shabby chic chalkboard hearts are hand painted and stenciled with your chosen name (max six characters) on one side, the other side has been left blank for use as a mini chalkboard. These lovely fun tags are strung from a choice of red, pink or sky blue, gingham berrisford ribbon, complete with bow. Ideal for decorating christmas trees, or strung from garlands. They are also great for use as gift tags. They can be re-used by hanging on the bedroom door! Your pretty heart will arrive individually gift wrapped in pretty pastel tissue paper, sealed with a heart, making them ideal for gifts.
